About us
brxck is a design + build practice based in Palakkad. We work closely with architects, engineers and makers to carry an idea from the first drawing to handover without losing anything on the way. Every project reflects the same conviction — that a home should be planned as carefully as it is built, and built around the people who will live in it.
We take on fewer projects, keep them close, and finish every one the way it was drawn.
Our story
Our work is built on the details most people never see: the course, the junction, the line where two materials meet, because that is where a building is really decided.
brxck is the design + build studio of Dev Builders, Palakkad, led on site by managing director T.C Jayadevan, who walks every build at every stage: the excavation, the steel, the pour. The working rule hasn't changed: resolve it on paper, build it once, and stand behind it for good.
Our approach
brxck exists because building well is a discipline, not an accident. We plan the work to the module, resolve the junctions on paper, and keep the same hands on the tools from slab to handover.
The result is quiet: walls that read true, shadows that land where the drawings said they would, and a programme that holds.
Architecture partner
Many of our buildings are drawn by idea design, an architecture practice in Kochi. We work with them from the first drawing review to handover, so what gets built is what was drawn.
