Project highlights

The estate sits off the road to Anakkal, a short drive from Malampuzha dam and its reservoir. Far enough to be quiet. Near enough for dinner in town.

We are drawing it now, lightly, so the grove stays the point and a third of the land stays open. More here once the plans are approved and the project is registered with K-RERA.
